Roosevelt Dam Trip Ariz

The trip home via Miami-

Superior was even more

interesting than that of the

previous day.

Just a little beyond the Dam

we drove a mile off the main

road to the beginning of a trail

up - up - up - to a…

On January [crossed out] Dec. 8 accompanied

by Mr Wm J Stahlbery of Denver

we motored to Roosevelt Dam,

by the celebrated Apache

Trail. - boulevard is a more

appropriate name now.

Sleeping at

it the Dam we decided

to return by…

A souvenir store

at Grand Canyon -

right on the rim.

The steps lead down

to a lookout

Wheaton on Ridge Rd trip.

The main water supply for

the big city of Los Angeles

runs thru the plume shown.

It comes from Owens River

260 miles back in the mts.

Thomas Ince Studio

at Culver City, Calif.

The studio is a very good

replica of "Mount Vernon,

several movie studios are

located at Culver Cy. The one

shown and the Goldwyn the

best known ones.
