Description

On the ridge that appears

to shut out Palm Canyon from

the desert. This Canyon is

lined with Washingtonia

Palms. No one but the Creator

can answer how they got

there. Feb 22-'24

It is rather a rough ride

from Palm Springs, the dessert

Mecca (with many Trees and

wonderful sunsets, and various

other unusual features, being

situated on Mission Indian

Reservation, etc.) to the canyon

with quite a stiff climb to

reach the summit of the

natural barrier where you

may park your car while you

trudge down the south side the

barrier to start investigating

Palm Canyon. On the "barrier"

you find a Studio where very

pretty oil tinted scenes, as well as

photos of various sizes of desert and

canyon scenes may be purchased or

just looked at-to suit your inclinations.

Front of Picture,

Palm Canyon below us.
