Winter of 1922- when we

had such a fine, congenial

bunch of friends in Miami.

Mr Hinckley, Mother Mann, Joe

Tarbill in background, Mrs Hinkley,

Chas Cring by tree, Mrs Cring

(Joes girl in shadow) Mrs Hachard

and the writer. Mr Hatchard

and Jr Cring squatting.

Hatchards and Mrs Porter/who came

later) and Joe Tarbill went to

Cuba. Joe went on via Panama

Canal to California where he

met his fate before we again

saw him. He makes Altadena

Calif. his home. We met him

first in Florida, then Calif.

then winter of 1922 in Miami

and now on our trips to Calif.

He and Mrs Tarbill visited us when in

Ohio, summer of 1925
