Chas. had gotten up
very early to motor out
to Clints-eight miles
to bring Faye, Flo
Mary and a friend to
Lakeside to catch a
7 a.m Detroit boat.
Flo had told him he
could get a bite of
breakfast, providing
he got there in time.
"Believe me", he was
good and hungry at noon
