Baughman Park - 14 mi
east of Newark - Oct 12 - 1927
when dear Mrs Hatchard
was our house guest -
She came from Mrs Porters
summer home by Lake Beulah
Wisconsin on Sept 10 and was
with us til Oct. 15.
Several days previous to leaving
about the 10th she entertained
Louise Sheets and Mother Etta, Mrs
Sedgwick, mother and me at
dinner at Alum Creek "Ten Room"
In the photo = first to left
Mrs Hatchard, Mrs Rolin Sedgwick,
Governor Vic. Donahey
myself, Robin and Louise Sedgwick
Standing smack behind me
with a basket of poke berries on his
arm is Mr Baughman, farmer,
undertaker, and sculptor of all the
statuory in this lovely Park.
The poke berries are for Gov.
Donahey whose frau is going to make
jelly. Gov. happened to be there
and kindly posed with us.
