The same talkative landlady was there this time. They had anchored the front porch and added it to an otherwise small living room. After dinner we (all but mother) walked down town (middle of road) to the famous Inn. Some of us sat inside and watched the freaks, while some of us preferred the outside atmosphere. The other photo was taken from the porch roof toward the Inn and a mansion on Mt side. This one is on the Inn lawn where a lot of cottages are located. Chas boy, happened to take all of these, preferring not to be in them. The mansion on the Mt side shows plainer. We later drove on back into the Mts to visit famous Palm Canyon (where we got such good pictures two years ago.) Afterward driving on down the Coachella.
